Our business is growing and we are always looking for talented professionals to join our team. Our firm is organized around the principles of a consulting partnership and the Company recognizes six levels of employment participation for sub-contractors. The levels selected are based on the person’s experience, credentials, and knowledge.
Managing Director:
This title is reserved for very experienced individuals who join the company in a senior management role (vice president or director) and have had titles of President or CEO in the recent past.
Partner
A designation for experienced individuals who join the firm in a management or specialized individual contributor role.
Associate Partner
These are senior individuals who work with the company on a periodic or part time basis. Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) that work with the firm are given this title.
Senior Consultants
These are experienced individual contributors who have some unique training, certification or other skills. An example would be an engineer or consultant that had earned a credential such as Certified Business Continuity Planner, Certified Data Center Professional, Microsoft Certified Engineer, etc.
Consultants
These are individuals who come to the firm with experience in a specific field or are specially trained by NRS for work on specific projects - for example: Compliance Monitoring.
Associates
This title is given to people who work with the firm in an individual contributor or administrative role.
